Me and my best friend Christine have started our workout plan, yesterday we started exercising by using the trampoline for about 10-15 mins. then we did a 25 min. Comcast work out video, then we jogged , ran and walked to a park where we jogged a path.
I'm dying!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY BODY IS IN SO MUCH PAIN! I CAN BARELY MOVE!!!
even typing hurts! I used muscles I FORGOT I HAD! >_<
